Artificial leathers

Artificial leathers for shoemaking, fancy goods making and automotive industry based on PVC, PUR, PAK or their combinations, coated on the woven or nonwoven fabrics. They are ideal for further manufacturing. Modifications are available upon customer request – fire proof, antifogging etc.

We offer wide portfolio of materials coated with - direct or reversing coating, printing, designing. Textiles available for coating are – PES, PAD, cotton or nonwoven materials. Coating is eventually available without underlay.

Materials used:

PVC based on softened polyvinylchloride
PUR based on aromatic and aliphatic polyurethanes
PAK based on polyacrylic dispersions
PVC+PUR – combination of coating, which is based on softened polyvinylchloride, aromatic and aliphatic polyurethanes

According to the underlay material used, which is a major factor that defines physical, mechanical and manufacturing properties of the artificial leathers produced.

Basic specification of synthetic leathers is according to its weight: from 160 – 2000 g/m2.
