PE CASHIERED FOIL FOR GREENHOUSES
Reinforced polyethylene foils are textiles made from PE-HD stripes and coated with PE-LD foil. If compared with common foil, our foils have much better physical properties thank to the reinforcing rectile. Each type has different woof, colour, additives, weight and width. Those foils have no water absorbability and excellent electric insulating properties. Recommended temperatures for use are from –50 C to + 70 C. The distance form direct heat need to be at least 1m. Reinforced polyethylene foil has reduced flammability – class C3, according to CSN 73 0862, classification as easy flammable. Flammability can be reduced with the use of the special additives to class C2, C1. Fire extinguishing equipment are: water fog, foam and powder.

Except polyethylene the various additives are used for the production : UV stabilisation substances, colorants, flammability reducing substances etc. All PE reinforced foils have excellent resistance against chemical substances, but contact with oil, diesel, colours, acids etc. has to be avoided. It known fact that UV resistance could be spoiled if the foil was in contact with pesticides, chemical manures etc. The average longevity is 3 years, if above mentioned rules were followed. Foils can be used for contact with food. Foils were certified by ITC Zlin. Foils can be sewed or welded in Svitap production plant. Recommended way of discharge – burn or rework.
Type 717 699
Foil is reinforced with gauze weave for good strength in both ways. Foil is good sun light permeable and has good longevity. Application: swimming pool covers and greenhouse covers.
Type 717 700
Foil with gauze weave structure. Application: vapour proof or vapour permeable under roof foil. Foil could be supplied with lowered flammability, class C2 (according to CSN 730862). Width – 150 or 200 cm, weight – 110 g/m2, 140 g/m2. This foil can be used for green houses with reduced longevity.
Type 717 701
Foil with gauze weave structure, with high strength then 717 700. Application: shopping bags, covers, greenhouses etc.
Type 717 705
Reinforced foil with excellent physical properties. Application: textile hall covers, textile garages etc.

Lightened foil. Application: wrapping material.
Type 717 714
Extra lightened foil. Application: wrapping material.

Sandwich – reinforced foil with paper. Application: wrapping material for metal sheets

Type 717 748
This is very favourite type. Application: green houses cover with good longevity. Antifogging modification is also available. This modification prevents the condensed water to fall on plants. Thank to this property, the foil has good light permeability. Foil can be used as a cover as well. Width: 80 cm – 200 cm, with weight 100 g/m2 and 135 g/m2 (one or double side coating).

Mentioned applications are only for example. 15 colours available, upon customer request. Foils has certificate from ITC Zlin, and are health harmless.
Colours available: clear, white, yellow, orange, red, violet, blue, green, olive, beige, brown, silver and black.
Type 717 700 D can be produced with perforation as vapour permeable foil, with self extinguishing modification.
